First post since 2011.  A lot has happened since then but I figured I’d start tracking my workouts again….

Did the Iron Triathlon yesterday.  Long story short.  It destroyed me.  Lost track of the time it took me so long.  Thinking I may have been over the 3 hour mark which is sad.  Haven’t done a workout like that in a LONG time.

Today I did a recent main site workout:

3 RFT
Run 400 meters
30 squats
20 Push Press (115#)

It was really the only thing I could do given my current physical condition.
